"It's always been my dream to combine music/dance and film" says Philippe Quint of the project. A few years ago I came across "Valse Triste" by Ferenc von Vecsey. I instantly fell in love with the music and could not stop listening to this beautiful nostalgic Valse for months, but it was not until I saw Christine Rocas perform at the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago when her mesmerizing dancing merged with the Valse in my head and I realized that this could be an interesting idea for a video.
